Saturn's Earrings
Saturn is the sixth planet in our solar system. Its name comes from the Roman god Saturn and is associated since antiquity with the day of the week Saturday. It has a large number of moons, but particularly interestin for this planet are its rings, composed of water ice particles. The bright jewel tones of the cosmos is easily visible with a telescope in the night sky which invites us to watch for Saturn.
