Amici prisma 45° 2"

The Amici prism enables a 45 degree viewing angle at the telescope and provides an upright and non-reversed image. It is ideal for use with a refractor (refracting telescope) or Maksutov telescope for terrestrial observation. A 2” focuser is required.

The supplied adapter enables the use of 1.25” and 2” eyepieces. To protect the eyepiece, the Amici is fitted with a brass clamping ring.

The prism’s connection on the telescope side has a 2” filter thread and a patented design that prevents the focuser from twisting or sliding.

The prism is broadband anti-reflection coated and phase corrected for excellent light transmission and high contrast.
