Moonlite now offers an optional PC interface controller, model MF2. It can be added to your existing motor focus at any time. The interface box replaces the "Rigel" stand alone hand controller that originally shipped with your focuser. It connects to the motor using the original existing 6' cable. The new controller is manufactured by "James Lacey" for MoonLite and will work with any ASCOM compliant program such as FocusMax, Meade, and all others. It requires 9 to 12 volts DC power and includes a cable providing a 9 pin serial interface to your PC. However you can use a serial to USB adapter if long cable runs are required.
